Does 103 West offer an on-site audio-visual technician to use throughout our meeting?
Answer: We will assist you with any audio/visual needs that you have or you are welcome to bring in your own equipment or vendors. Audio Visual equipment is subject to rental fees; please see the Audio Visual Tab to review our in-house inventory list. We do have several outside companies that we contract with for on-site technicians. These rates will be charged per hour. Please ask your coordinator for more details.
Does 103 West offer free Wi-Fi?
Answer: 103 West offers complimentary wireless internet access for guests, this does not require passwords.
Is 103 West handicapped accessible?
Answer: 103 West is built into a hill with direct ramped entrances on both levels of the building. 103 West has handicapped restrooms available on each level. The valet attendants will assist in guests entering and exiting the building.
When does 103 West need our final guest count?
Answer: A preliminary number of guests is due 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to your event. A final guarantee of the number of guests is due three business days prior to your event. Otherwise, guests will be charged for the preliminary number of guests, as stated in the Terms & Agreement contract. 103 West will be able to accommodate 5% over the guaranteed number of guests.
Does 103 West allow outside catering?
Answer: 103 West requires that all food and beverage service be provided by the venue and their expert culinary team to ensure the best quality for your event.
I have guests with special dietary restrictions. Can 103 West accommodate these?
Answer: Yes. 103 West does require all special dietary requests three business days prior to your event date. It is always helpful to know where the guest will be seated to ensure prompt service of these requests.
What is the parking situation at 103 West?
Answer: 103 West requires valet parking services for events over 35 guests. The valet is charged at $1.50 per person applied to the hosts master bill. There will be signage stating “complimentary valet service” as your guests pull into the valet line. This service is contracted through our in-house valet company Eagle Parking LLC.
Does 103 West provide any décor for the holidays?
Answer: 103 West provides complimentary décor with your reservation. The host’s choice of white or black floor-length linens, fresh red floral centerpieces with mirror bases and candle votives, wreaths, garland, beautifully adorned holiday trees, menorahs, and poinsettias galore. Also, 103 West plays complimentary holiday cocktail music over the house sound system.
I would like to stay in a hotel nearby for my meeting, what hotels are close to 103 West?
Answer: 103 West offers preferred rates with select hotels in a three mile Buckhead radius please contact your event manager for details and contact information.
Is there a room rental fee?
Answer: The majority of the time 103 West requires a food & beverage minimum in order to reserve their private rooms. If there are no food or beverage needs in the space then a rental fee will be applied based on size of room, time of day and day of the week.
What are the service charges and applicable taxes for my event at 103 West?
Answer: There is a 21% taxable service charge, or minimum service charge applied to food, beverage and audio/visual equipment. A minimum taxable service charge for breakfast or lunch is $150.00 and dinner is $250.00. The Fulton County sales tax is 8% with an additional 3% tax on liquor.
