What different times are available for special occasions?
Answer: 103 West offers an afternoon luncheon time slot of 12-4pm and an evening time slot of 6-12pm, please contact your sales manager for special arrangements.
Do you offer Challah bread for the Hamotzi?
Answer: Our European trained Pastry Chef Joseph Goenczy will provide one complimentary challah bread for the ceremonial hamotzi or clients are welcome to provide their own.
Do you offer tastings?
Answer: 103 West does offer complimentary tastings once a deposit has been placed to confirm an event. These tastings are scheduled during the week at the Chef’s availability, please schedule with your sales manager.
I have guests with special dietary restrictions. Can 103 West accommodate these?
Answer: Yes. 103 West does require all special dietary requests three business days prior to your event date. It is always helpful to know where the guest will be seated to ensure prompt service of these requests.
Are there any restrictions on vendors that I am allowed to bring in for my event?
Answer: 103 West does not require any preferred vendors although 103 West does have a referral list of reputable vendors that have worked with the venue to get you started. We do require all vendors carry their own liability insurance.
What is the parking situation at 103 West?
Answer: 103 West requires valet parking services for events over 35 guests. The valet is charged at $1.50 per person applied to the hosts master bill. There will be signage stating “complimentary valet service” as your guests pull into the valet line. This service is contracted through our in-house valet company Eagle Parking LLC.
When does 103 West need our final guest count?
Answer: A preliminary number of guests is due 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to your event. A final guarantee of the number of guests is due three business days prior to your event. Otherwise, guests will be charged for the preliminary number of guests, as stated in the Terms & Agreement contract. 103 West will be able to accommodate 5% over the guaranteed number of guests.
What are the service charges and applicable taxes for my event at 103 West?
Answer: There is a 21% taxable service charge, or minimum service charge applied to food, beverage and audio/visual equipment. A minimum taxable service charge for breakfast or lunch is $150.00 and dinner is $250.00. The Fulton County sales tax is 8% with an additional 3% tax on liquor.
What is the rental fee / food and beverage minimum for events?
Answer: With no rental fee to reserve the location for your reception, we are the highest quality with the best value. We do require a food & beverage minimum to reserve our private rooms, these range based on the time of day, day of the week and different sizes of private rooms. Please contact your sales manager for availability and rates.
